Not getting any responce from help desk...

I've sent mutiple requests since Friday, I even talked to someone named "Paval" in the IM help window, (which got disconnected and now no help IM window shows up). So far no responce about my PAID for installation. I NEED to get this up and running. Will someone at Aheadworks PLEASE send me info on my installation order.

If you don't receive email notifications from our HelpDesk system, please sing in to your personal account on our website and navigate to HelpDesk section. There you can see all the tickets which have been created and assigned to you. Just click any and see the message history.
Also please note that if you purchase an installation from us you must receive an email from us requesting your server access information. If you don't, contact us as soon as possible so we can make the installation for you.

As for the IM, it is generally available from 8:00 AM to 16:00 AM CET.
