Countdown & rotating deals extension

I'm after an extension which would allow you to create a list of special deals which would last a selectable timeframe.be it 1 hours, 6 hours, 1 day, 1 week etc.
Would like to have the option to set a maximum qty offered at this price and have a countdown timer to show how long is remaining in this deal..

Could also have the option to see deals which are scheduled to start at a set time. Would also be good if you could have multiple items at a time aswell..

Would also be good if you could show a current deal or rotate through all current deals via an image in the left or right hand column.
