Subscription Module causes "Base Image" option to vanish

We've recently installed the Subscription & Recurring Billing Module and seem to have run into a bug. When we installed the module, the ability to select a "Base Image" for any products has disappeared from the admin section. The entire column is just plain gone from the image management section while editing or creating a product (even if it's not a subscription type).

This means that when we create new products, the front-end will show only the ugly gray magento logo instead of a product image - because we can't select which image to use there. Any idea for how we can fix this as we have several products now with no base image being displayed.

I also found the same problem, and spent a number of hours trying to find a solution.

If you go into your attributes and look for the 3 images, when you look inside each attribute you will see one has been changed to only display for the selected product type (with subscription being the selected option), simply change this to all product types and save and you should be good to go.
