Here are my feature requests for the Aheadworks extensions I'm using:
Advanced Reports
=================
Low Stock Report - filterable by manufacturer
Advanced Menu
=================
Ability to add exceptions for iphone/other mobile devices to default back to standard menus for those devices
Feature Requests for other Aheadworks extensions
===========================================
Ajax Cart Pro
===========
Ability to have slide-down onmouseover cart display from top menu, instead of cart displayed in sidebar
Grid Manager
===========
Ability to allow *any* product field to be shown in the grid and filtered by.
Brand New Extension Requests
=====================
Extension to enable extra fields to be added to checkout - to enable 'how did you hear about us'?
Extension to be able to charge for gift-wrapping whole order at checkout.
Extension to enable better order management:
- Admin editing of orders including prices, discounts and items ordered
- Status updates with *optional* sending emails to customers
- All order nos, invoice nos etc to be the same or easily chained
- Ability to adjust the order number increment
- Separation of packing slip printing from marking as shipped - current Magento flow is not how businesses run!
Fingers crossed!

Re: Feature Requests across several extensions
Also:
Always use CSS, "Frequently bought together" and "Advanced reviews" is full of styles in html, it bad for editing and bad for your SEO... It also makes page load times slower!
On Sale:
Add stock indication to "catalog product images" when product stock status reaches 0 an "out of stock" image is shown.
Search autocomplete and suggest:
Should have "category" as an search option. Many costumers search for product category name, and the no products are shown.
Example a car spare part shop, people search for "spare parts" an no products is shown, because the catalog is called "spare parts" and is not included in the search ...
Automatic Related Products
select by attribute, so if a product is a certain brand, it will always show that brands other models. only use selected attribute, or prefer selected attribute could also be a good option.
Product Questions
Sort products from attribute. And use of vendors mails.
Then if a product is asked a question, it directly mails your vendor so he can answer it, then you get the reply back for your approval. And the feature answer question yourself, or mail to vendor.
