Hi,

I'm looking for some details about the Magento extension Help Desk Ultimate, focus on the contact form integration. I hope someone will fill the blanks.
- Are the departments integrated to the contact form when integration is enabled ?
- Can we use the standard contact form and the helpdesk tab on a same mangeto store ?

No, the departments are not integrated to the contact form, but you can set up primary department for each store.

Actualy, I've several more questions :
What about l10n ? Does it exists translations (french, more precisely) or is it ready to be translated ? Is a csv file with all the tokens available ?

As seen on the screen captures from the documentation, a ticket must be linked with a customer (field is required, for instance when creating a ticket in admin). How does it works with the contact form ? Can we deal with anonymous customer ?
